role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1941\"><p class=\"p1\">Die erste Kilimandscharo-Etappe auf der Marangu-Route f\u00fchrt vom KINIPA Headquarter bei Marangu zu den Mandara-H\u00fctten. Der Tour-Operator fuhr mich morgens im Minibus ca. 1 Stunde vom Hotel in Moshi zum Start. Auf dem gro\u00dfen Parkplatz gab es ein erstes Kennenlernen mit den Tr\u00e4gern, einem weiteren Wanderer und meinem Guide.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Die Etappe f\u00fchrt recht gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig bergauf, mit einer durchschnittlichen Steigung von ca. 9,8 %. Es wird etwa viereinhalb Stunden gem\u00e4chlich gewandert, meist durch dichten Wald mit viel Schatten, aber auch einigen sonnigen Abschnitten.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #87af1d;\"><strong>Schwierigkeitsgrad: <\/strong><\/span>Leicht bis mittel \u2013 aufgrund der h\u00f6heren Temperaturen<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #87af1d;\">Schuhe, Kleidung, Equipment: <\/span><\/strong>Es ist hei\u00df. Kurze Kleidung ist hier gut \u2013 allerdings sch\u00fctzen eine lange Hose und lange \u00c4rmel vor M\u00fccken und auch vor den Str\u00e4uchern am Wegesrand, wenn man absteigenden Wanderern oder schnell herunterrennenden Tr\u00e4gern ausweicht. F\u00fcr die ersten beiden Etappen sind aufgrund der h\u00f6heren Temperaturen atmungsaktive Wanderstiefel ratsam. Es wird langsam gewandert, aber die H\u00f6he ist bereits fordernd. Da auch die Konzentration schon etwas nachl\u00e4sst sollten die Schuhe nicht zu weich sein und Festigkeit f\u00fcr Kn\u00f6chel und Fu\u00dfsohle bieten. Trotz des dichten Waldes bricht immer wieder die Sonne durch, weshalb auch ein leichter Sommerhut immer griffbereit sein sollte. In der H\u00f6he wirkt die Sonne wesentlich st\u00e4rker.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #87af1d;\">\u00dcbernachtung Mandara-H\u00fctten: <\/span><\/strong>In kleinen Dreiecksh\u00fctten mit jeweils vier Schlafpl\u00e4tzen auf d\u00fcnnen mit Kunstoff bezogenen Matratzen.
